The first-floor holiday rental can accommodate up to 6 people. It features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a shower with a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sitting area with a TV.



The Migglwieshof is a traditional farmstead that was once home to extensive livestock and agricultural operations. Today, the breeding of Schwarznasen lambs forms the basis of the farm’s ongoing agricultural operations. The property is situated on the sunny eastern side of the Kelchsau, an idyllic side valley of Hopfgarten in the Brixental.

The farm was built in 1950 and was completely and lovingly renovated in 2011.

The Migglwies Hof features 4 holiday apartments for up to 4 or 6 people, each with a magnificent view. Each holiday apartment has separate bedrooms with a shower/toilet/TV/balcony and a fully equipped kitchen-living room (dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, etc.)

Our Tyrolean lounge is open to all guests and is the perfect place to spend time together. Our ski room provides secure storage for your sports equipment.
In the summer, you’ll find plenty of space and relaxation in our garden gazebo.

It’s possible to combine apartments, giving us space for up to 14 people. Ideal for groups, clubs, or larger families.



On-site costs: Our house consists of three holiday apartments that can also be combined individually. Each holiday apartment features a kitchen-living room with a seating area and TV. In addition, there is a common room on the ground floor for all guests.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00.
