Excellent accomodation

We enjoyed our stay in Kreischberg challets sk much that we already decided thats were we wanna stay next year too. The house is spacious and comfortable. Well equiped and really cosy. It felt like home

Excellent stay!

Beautiful chalet with all equipment we needed for 3 families with small children. Email / pre-info a day before arrival with address of reception and final things to prepare would be nice. We couldn’t easily find the reception address but called on our way. website information as we thought we could use the swimming pool nearby based on information but this was no longer true which was a shame as we planned to do that one day.

We will go through the arrival mails with the description again, to make sure that our guests properly to the recipe geleln. The misunderstanding with the pool we are very sorry. However, only the guests of Holiday Park by Alps Residence are allowed to use the pool. (For insurance reasons) We hope you could relax and enjoy the time together! Best regards Team reception
