Luxury Lakefront ,1750 sq. ft, 3/2 One Level Condo with NO steps close to ~SDC~

This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.

You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms with a large walk in shower in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.

The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.

The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is great for a quiet romantic stay, a family trip to Silver Dollar City, a weekend shopping trip, a trip to the lake or a family gathering for the Holidays. This is an awesome property! Right on the lake and 5 minutes to SDC! It was quiet, spacious, and very nice! Large rooms, great kitchen, and an awesome view to the lake.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property. It's a great location - quiet with relaxing views of the lake. We lucked out on the weather & had drinks on the porch while watching the sunset. The unit is clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen is stocked with every thing you could need, plus a new fridge with ice maker. We loved the Christmas decorations & the new giant TV's in every room. It's a peaceful retreat, not far from all the main attractions.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The kitchen had everything we needed, the condo was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 6 to spend time without being ouln top of each other. The outdoor space was a great extra for mornings drinking coffee and evenings watching sunsets over the lake. The condo was extremely pet friendly for my parents two small dogs. Being able to walk off the back balcony was a nice touch, but the slope was a little steep for my parents. Having the ability to walk out to the lake was the icing on the cake.The host was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to accommodate.I highly recommend a stay here.

Very nice, clean and attractive condo. It was all so nice, but I especially enjoyed the porch (which is gated) each morning with my dogs and my coffee looking at the beautiful lake through the trees. And deer visitors each morning!

This was an incredible get away after our wedding! The decorations were up for Christmas with such a great view of the water from the deck thru the sliding doors. It felt comfy just like home. Quick shot to silver dollar city for us to enjoy a long day of fun then back to this enjoyable place like home. We plan on making this an anniversary trip every year for us! And the host responded super quick also when we had questions and sent his congratulations for our wedding. Such a great trip!!

Great upscale family property!!!

Great place for a family, we stayed for a week and it was comfortable with plenty of room to hang out together but also get away to your own rooms. Close to many of the attractions but away from the traffic and congestion.

We live in Central Arkansas , being an active Real Estate broker we enjoy spending time with our families and friends. We have been to Branson several times and we really enjoy the family atmosphere the town holds. We make short trips to Branson throughout the year but really enjoy the Fall and Holiday seasons. Having a vacation home will give us more time to discover new adventures in the area.

Why they chose this property

This condo made us feel like we were on vacation the minute we walked it, it is very spacious and lets us invite family and friends to come and stay. The condo allows us to be located close to all of the activities in Branson or allows us the opportunity just to relax in the peaceful surroundings. The Corp property out back makes it seem like you have a huge back yard that someone else takes care of and the view is beautiful from the water's edge.
