Comfortable villa. This beautiful villa in the countryside has a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and a large enclosed swimming pool. In its own grounds with olive and fruit trees. The house is very private and is only 5 minutes from the town of Montefrio. It consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large dining room and a kitchen. Barbecue, swimming pool with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the mountains. The pets are allowed.

Bonito y tranquilo

Lugar tranquilo y cómodo, pero con falta de revisar los baños, el sofá (se hundía mucho) y para la capacidad que tiene, si hay sillas de sobra, pero falta un sofá más grande. En la cocina, las sartenes están inutilizables, para ser cambiadas! Tuvimos que hacer unas tortillas para los niños en una cacerola. Los colchones son cómodos. Nos hubiera gustado que, para diez que éramos, nos hubiesen dejado bolsas de basura de repuesto y algún rollo de papel higiénico más. Teníamos pensado hacer barbacoas para las cenas, pero el sábado llovió y como no hay tejado, no pudimos. Un buen detalle a destacar: el dejar las toallas para la piscina y la tranquilidad existente. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la estancia.

Casa amplia y bien equipada

Casa amplia y bien equipada, que forma parte de un cortijo con tres casas, con parcelas y piscinas independientes. Nosotros tuvimos toda la privacidad y tranquilidad buscada. Los dueños muy atentos a cualquier petición . El acceso es por un camino de tierra que se puede hacer con un vehículo estándar , con cuidado en algunos tramos. Cocina bien equipada, con utensilios para barbacoa , paella grande, e incluso una cámara botellero de los de bar para guardar la bebida fría.

Buenas tardes, en el anuncio que hacen la página sobre las condiciones del contrato no tiene nada que ver con las que te da el propietario cuando llegas. El mobiliario es bastante viejo, en unos de los baños nos duchábamos y se mojaba entero al no tener cortinas, por ejemplo. Vinieron unos amigos de Pamplona en caravana y por aparcarla a la entrada del cortijo el propietario quería quedarse con la fianza, 150€, tuve que negociarla y al final se quedó con 50€. Y por supuesto no repito ni lo aconsejo. Un saludo María

Un gîte correct pour un cadre agréable

Équipement de la cuisine trop sommaire compte tenue de l’an capacite d’accueil. Logement fonctionnel, propre, accolé à 2 autres locations. Donc le calme dépend des voisins. Cadre sympathique à 10 minutes d’un village typique. Piscine agréable et adapte aux familles.

La verdad es que la estancia fue impecable. La casa mejor de lo esperado, la zona magnífica y el trato insuperable. La única pega sería que la dirección que recibí inicialmente no coincidía con la real y nos metimos por un camino que no estaba en condiciones. Antes de visitar chequear con el anfitrión la dirección que os dará los datos correctos y por un camino en buen estado.

séjour en famille d'une semaine fin cotobre

nous étions 7 dont 3 enfants; la villa est convenable mais la décoration rudimentaire manque de gaîté et l'équipement ménager est minimal, le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas bien et laisse des traces; nous avons dû demander des draps supplémentaires et le nombre de serviettes de toilette était insuffisant. Sur le site, quelques détails importants ont été oubliés : la villa fait partie d'une structure qui comprend 3 logements attenants avec des entrées distinctes, (celui-ci n'étant peut-être pas le meilleur?), la vue sur les oliviers est limitée et pourtant il y en a partout; enfin la distance jusqu'à Grenade est d'une soixantaine de kms, ce qui demande presque une heure de trajet. Fin octobre nous avons eu des averses et les deux portes laissent entrer la pluie qu'il a fallu éponger régulièrement. Les points positifs sont les suivants: des propriétaires sympathiques, un enclos bien clôturé qui nous a permis de laisser nos deux chiens en toute sécurité; une cheminée qui fonctionne bien (mais il faut acheter le bois 10€ la brouette); de longues promenades dans l'oliveraie lorsqu'il ne pleuvait pas. Le village pittoresque est assez important et l'on peut y trouver un ravitaillement convenable. Véhicule indispensable (la piste d'accès est correcte et ne nécessite pas de 4x4) Pour arriver à Montefrio depuis la France mieux vaut continuer sur la N 432 jusqu'à l'intersection à droite de la A 336 qui passe par Illora avant d'arriver à Montefrio (c'est sur cette route que se trouve la casa de Paquita mais les propriétaires habitent dans Montefrio)
