Our house Smart Resorts B&B 2 offers 28 rooms spread over 3 floors.

Each room is individually designed and features its own shower, as well as a television to ensure a relaxed stay.

– The SMART way to stay – We are not a traditional hotel, but offer you a modern and flexible accommodation experience.

With contactless access, you enjoy maximum independence, and while our reception is not staffed at all times, it is available 24/7 via a hotline. For just 9.90 EUR per person per night, you can optionally add breakfast. Three fully equipped shared kitchens and several inviting common rooms with a foosball table and other recreational facilities are available. Additionally, coffee and snack vending machines provide small moments of enjoyment throughout the day. In order to protect the environment, rooms are not cleaned daily.

The property is located in the Züschen district, 7 km from Kahlen Asten, 6.5 km from the Bikepark, and 7 km from Winterberg’s town center. In this resort, you will find a bakery, a restaurant (Homberg Jause, not open daily), and a supermarket (Edeka).

The Winterberg Ski Lift Carousel can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

Due to its natural location, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also warmly welcomed and will find well-developed routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.

Okay- aber nicht nochmal

Leider waren die Gemeinschaftsräume nicht so ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Zudem waren die Kaffee und Snackautomaten defekt.In den Betten haben wir Hundehaare gefunden und diese rochen auch nach Hund. Die Rezeption für eine Beschwerde oder direkten Ansprechpartner war nicht besetzt. Schade!

Bezüglich der Kaffee- und Snackautomaten möchten wir klarstellen, dass diese nicht defekt waren, sondern es leider ein Problem mit dem Zahlungsanbieter gab. Kurze Zeit später lief alles ganz normal. Danke auch für deinen Hinweis zur unzureichenden Sauberkeit der Betten und Gemeinschaftsräume. Das entspricht keinesfalls unserem Standard, und wir werden die Situation umgehend intern prüfen und verbessern. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, als du Unterstützung benötigt hast. Hast Du unsere 24h Hotline angerufen? Wir sind jederzeit errreichbar.
