Wonderful stay in the most perfect location

The property is spacious and was able to accommodate us comfortably. The supermarket just opposite is well equipped. The beach is 5min walk and is great for small kids and snorkelling, and great swimming from the old Muelle (pier) where a lot of the social life is taking place as well.

Die Wohnung befindet sich inmitten des ruhigen Örtchens Arinaga. Geschäfte und Stadtstrand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz in der näheren Umgebung haben wir immer finden können. Die Lage ist der große Pluspunkt der Wohnung. Leider mussten wir aufgrund der Bauweise der großen Wohnanlage einige Abstriche im Komfort machen. Manche Nachbarn waren bis spät in die Nacht laut zu hören. Der Wasserdruck war extrem schwach und verlangte uns einige Geduld ab. Die Urlaubsstimmung wurde uns aber dadurch nicht vermiest. Die überwiegend in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung ist ausreichend, zweckmäßig und funktioniert. Einzig der TV ist nicht zu gebrauchen da nur spanisches TV und keine brauchbaren Apps vorhanden (alter Smart-TV). Ab 8 Uhr morgens konnten wir direkt gegenüber frisches Brot und Brötchen kaufen und mit dem Mietwagen ist Arinaga eine hervorragende Basis für Ausflüge. Die kleinen Strände im und um den Ort sind nicht überlaufen und besonders die kleine Bucht hinter der "Ruine" beim Leuchtturm ist zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war hervorragend. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Unsere Reisezeit war über Weihnachten und den Jahreswechsel. Zu dieser Zeit war Arinaga sehr schön, ruhig und kinderfreundlich. Wunderbar.

Lieber Burkhard. Vielen Dank für die detaillierte Bewertung, das Feedback und dafür, dass ihr unsere Gäste wart. Beide Fernseher wurden mittlerweile durch Neue ersetzt und jemand von der Wasserversorgung kam vorbei und hat einen Filter ausgetauscht, was zu einer Verbesserung führte. Leider ist der Wasserdruck abhängig von Tageszeit und Gebäudenutzung unterschiedlich stark, wir prüfen die Möglichkeit einer unterstützenden Pumpe damit das oberste Stockwerk mehr Druck abbekommt. Es freut uns sehr, dass euch Arinaga gefallen und ihr euch wohl gefühlt habt. Beste Grüße, Javier

Ich kann diese grosszügige Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Es war alles so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Sogar Willkomens Drinks waren im Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Top Lage, kurze Wege zu Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, Zentrum.

We‘re a german-spanish family living part of the year in Gran Canaria. We love Arinaga, huge hotels and mass tourism are not our thing. Everything is in walking distance. Remote work in combination with good weather and beach is the cherry on the cake.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Arinaga, as you‘re close to all hot spots of the island while enjoying tranquility and the local vibe. Everybody is laid-back, open and friendly. Foreigners are welcome.

What makes this property unique

Everything is superclose, groceries, bars, restaurants and the sea. The appartment has the perfect size for short- to long-term stays. Office desk and fibre optic internet are ideal for home office and workation. Having a quick dip into the sea during lunch break makes your day. As the appartment is on the upper floor nobody‘s footsteps above your heads
