Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Appartement mit herrlichem Blick vom (kleinen) Dachbalkon auf den Yachthafen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die zeitweilig vom vorbeifließenden Straßenverkehr verursachte Geräusch- und Geruchsbelästigung.

Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber ca. 350 m entfernt. Fahrradabstellplätze sind eingeschränkt vorhanden. Hat aber trotz der drei Ferienwohnungen und wechselnder Gäste alles funktioniert.
