Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfinde ich nicht als angemessen. Der Zustand des Hauses ist insgesamt nicht auf einem qualitativ guten Stand. Die Matratzen sind schon älter, va im Doppelbett. Die Duschwand ist undicht und das Wasser läuft auf den Boden im Badezimmer. Die Dichtung der Spühlmaschine quillt heraus. Es müsste von Seiten des Eigentümers, investiert werden um diesen Mietpreis zu generieren.
Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Backofen ist nicht gereinigt, ebenso die Schublade im Bad. Dort hatte es mehrere kleine Spinnen drin. Auch im Obergeschoss sind Spinnweben in den Dachschrägen vorhanden (nicht wenig).
