Vacation apartment Maldener

Our newly renovated holiday rental is located on a side street in Baltersweiler, near the train station. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance behind the single-family home. St. Wendel is 3 km away, and you can reach Lake Bostal in about 20 minutes. A parking space and a terrace are available. We want you to feel at home with us, whether you’re a holidaymaker, a business traveller, or a temporary worker.



Maldener Holiday Rental:

The holiday apartment features a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The living/sleeping area includes a double bed and a sleeper sofa. A corner closet offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. The cosy seating area in the kitchen seats up to three people. You’ll also find a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. 



On-site costs: Utilities, such as electricity and water, are included in the price. A fee of 60 euros is charged for final cleaning. - Payment is due in cash on site or in advance via bank transfer - Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m. - Check-out time: by 10:00 a.m. - Key pickup: Check-in is via a key box; you will receive the access code from your host after booking - Pets are not allowed - Bed linens, towels, and parking available



Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
