Situated on the 5th green of Crooked Oaks #5 (par 3), you can enjoy watching golfers hit the green and putt it it from the screened porch or deck. Barbecue on the gas grill located on the open deck. Centrally located on Seabrook, you will never be more than 2.0 miles from any of the great amenities. The Tennis Center and Lake House are only 1.8 miles form this home. North Beach is 1.2 miles and the golf courses, Beach Club pools, Island House and Pelican Nest dining are all 2.0 miles.

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 3 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE with this rental.
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you purchase & arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Included after SIC Amenity access is purchased & set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
