This newly renovated, quiet holiday rental is located on the ground floor. The living room and sunroom face south. A small seating area behind the house is perfect for relaxing. The nearby forest is ideal for long walks and hikes (Bostalsee, about 45 min).



Friedel and Käthe Holiday Rental:

The 80-square-meter holiday rental can accommodate up to 5 people. It features an open-concept kitchen-living area with a kitchenette that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and dishes. The dining area has a cosy dining nook. The combined living and sleeping area features a TV, a sleeper sofa for 2 people, and a rollaway bed to accommodate a fifth person. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Blackout blinds are also provided in all rooms.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A travel cot for toddlers up to 2 years old is available free of charge.
