Vacation cottage Schellerhäusl - Holiday cottage

We offer a holiday home that sleeps up to 8 people, with space for 2 additional guests, in the beautiful town of Schellerhau—a great starting point for hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as for excursions in the surrounding area. Parking for 2 cars is available at the house. The garden features a barbecue area and a seating area.
The house isn’t luxurious, but it’s lovingly and comfortably furnished. Depending on the layout of the rooms, each can accommodate 2 or more people. If needed, an additional separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) can be rented; it is equipped with a 1.40 m wide sofa bed, a table, and two armchairs, as well as a coat rack and a record cabinet.
Unfortunately, our holiday home is not wheelchair accessible. The upper floors are accessible only via a staircase.



Holiday home:

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso maker, and plenty of kitchen accessories.
One bedroom has a large double bed (1.80 m). The second bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m wide), and the smallest bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (1.40 m wide). (2 extra-long blankets, 155 x 220 cm, are provided.) A cot and other baby supplies are available upon request. The attic features a spacious sleeping area, a small desk, and a couch.
The fireplace in the living room heats both the living room and the upper floor. The large dining table, which comfortably seats up to 10 people, is also located here. 
A washing machine is available in a separate utility room.
Our guests are welcome to store their skis in the garage and use our 5 sleighs at their own risk (2 old horn sleighs, 1 with a toddler backrest, and 3 modern Duckducks).



On-site costs: A deposit of 50% of the stated amount is due no later than 10 days after receipt of the written reservation confirmation; payment of the remaining amount is due 10 days before arrival. Payment is made by bank transfer. Any applicable guest tax will be charged additionally, calculated and remitted in accordance with the current regulations of the city of Altenberg; e.g., adults: €2.10/day, children ages 6 through 16: €1.60/day. Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. (individual adjustments possible if necessary). Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over via code on-site. Pets are welcome. A cleaning fee of 5€ per night per pet applies. Cot/extra bed/changing table/high chair: available



Check-in is from 2:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
