The apartment features a living/bedroom with two single beds that can be folded into a built-in wardrobe during the day. A couch can be used as a sleeper for two people, and a TV is also available. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, radio, and a dining area for four people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The entryway features a wardrobe and a coat rack. In front of the kitchen, in the courtyard/garden, there is a separate porch with an awning.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Upon request, two additional sleeping spaces can be provided for an extra charge. The base price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, and street parking in front of the house. Wi-Fi is not available.
