The bright, lovingly furnished living room exudes cosiness. A comfortable sofa and an armchair invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings, while the large dining set is ideal for shared meals or game nights. The modern kitchen is cleverly integrated into the living area, allowing you to stay part of the action even while cooking. A special highlight is the fold-out bed hidden behind a wall of cabinets, which offers a comfortable sleeping space for two additional guests.

High-quality premium linen packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
