Die kleine Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit angrenzender Terrasse und Wiese. Mit Kindern optimal. Sie ist mit 56 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche angegeben. Hierbei wird wahrscheinlich die Terrasse mit berechnet. Netto Wohnfläche vielleicht 40 bis 45 Quadratmeter. Für zwei Personen ausreichend. Für vier Personen zu klein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Wohnung kann man ruhigen Herzens weiterempfehlen.
