The non-smoking holiday apartment, located on the ground floor, is easily accessible (a total of 3 steps). The kitchenette, featuring a granite worktop, is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a range hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. The living/sleeping area features a window with a cable TV outlet. The spacious, interior bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, and hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use at the Johannesstraße property if needed. Non-smoking room, suitable for people with allergies; unfortunately, pets must stay at home. A parking space can be rented in a sheltered courtyard in the area; free parking is available about 200 metres away.



Both apartments are situated in a quiet location right next to the historic fish market in the heart of Speyer. The pedestrian zone is about 150 m away, and the cathedral is about 200 m away. All of the city’s sights, as well as the shops and restaurants in the city centre area, are within easy walking distance. Non-smoking rooms. Cot available upon request. Unfortunately, pets must stay at home.



On-site fees: Check-in by 7:00 p.m. at the latest; check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Use of washing machine and dryer: €3 per load each.
