Large, beautiful, cosy house "Haus Rauter", 4 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Platti 3 km from the centre of Kappl, in the district Landeck, in a quiet position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars, limited number of spaces). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Abzw Platti" 130 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.5 km. Tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Stadt Landeck 20 km, Museum Schloss Landeck 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ischgl 11 km, Kappl 3 km, See 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee See 8 km, Silvretta-Stausee 31 km, Stausee Kops 30 km. Hiking paths: Kappl 2 km, Ischgl 11 km, See 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Tolle Unterkunft, herausfordernder Lage
Die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke ideal und gut ausgestattet. Einzige Herausforderung war die Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Hang gelegen, was den Auf- und Abstieg zum Bus mit etwas Kondition verbunden ist. Zu der Unterkunft müssen dann noch 2 Treppenstiege bis zur Tür überwunden werden. Für junge Gruppen machbar!
In der Unterkunft war leider eine nicht aktuelle Preisliste des Bäckers, sowie kein Besen für die Endreinigung vorhanden. Der Service von Interhome war sehr gut!
