Beginnen wir mit dem Positiven: Alinas DIY for 10 hat eine gute,zentrale Lage in St. Jakob. Zur nĂ€chsten Skibus-Haltestelle sind es ca100 - 150 m zu Fuß, man ist in 5 Minuten an der Gondel in St. Jakob. Spart einem die Parkplatzsuche. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt (SPAR) ist mit dem Auto auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt gelegen.Wem die gute Lage ausreicht fĂŒr den Skiurlaub und wer sich auf ein bisschen Indoor Camping Feeling einstellen kann, der kann mit Alinas for 10 sicher ganz gut leben. Sauberkeit auf den 1. Blick ok, einen 2. oder gar 3. Blick hĂ€lt es allerdings nicht stand (Spinnweben, verstaubteRegale, BrotkrĂŒmel in den KĂŒchenschubladen, Fußboden maximal gekehrt, nicht gewischt, OberflĂ€chen in der KĂŒche tw. klebrig, ...). Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, eines mit 4 Betten. Im 4-Bett-Zimmer gibtes ein 4er Kallax-Regal und ein HĂ€nge-Gestell mit KleiderbĂŒgeln. Dies war die Rettung zum AufhĂ€ngen der nassen Skikleidung ... einen WĂ€schestĂ€nder fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher oder sonstiges gibt es nicht. Ansonstenmuss man aus dem Koffer leben. Keinerlei Regale, SchrĂ€nke, Hocker o.Ă€. in den eigentlich gerĂ€umigen Zimmern zum Ablegen v. Kleidung. Verdunklungsgardinen gab es nur im 4-Bett-Zimmer. In den anderen RĂ€umen muss man mit dem Licht der Straßenlaternen leben. Haken im Bad o. KĂŒcherfĂŒr HĂ€ndehandtĂŒcher vergebens gesucht. In einem Bad flog der Drehhahn fĂŒrs kalte Wasser direkt vom Rohr, nur Warmwasser verwendbar. Alles wirkt sehr heruntergekommen, zusammengeflickt und nicht gepflegt.
