-staubige Fußböden in allen Wohnungen-durchgelegene Matratzen in Wohnung 1 und 17.-nicht funktionierendes (kein) W-Lan (Repeater nicht syncronisiert-alle Wohnungen)-Wohnung1: keine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspülertür defekt (keine Feder) und Programme fehlerhaft, massives Auftreten von Ameisen im Küchen-und Wohnbereich.Schlafzimmer 2: Aussenjalousie defekt.Wohnung 6, 9, und 17: keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten.- Staubsauger nicht zugänglichAussenbereich: Spielplatz nicht nutzbar wegen umherliegender Glasscherben, Sandkasten massiv verkotet, Klettergerüst nicht nutzbar wegen Sicherheitsmängeln (Aufstiegsgriff lose) Im gesamten Mietzeitraum keinerlei Möglichkeit für persönliche Fragestellungen in Bezug auf das Mietobjekt.-
