We hebben heel erg genoten van het verblijf; goed uitgeruste inventaris, goede bedden. De broodjes service is super. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. (en dat het in het in af en toe in het Nederlands kon is al helemaal een pluspunt) Ook de berichten per mail en app zijn erg goed! En de hond heeft genoten van de rust (hij is erg bang van vuurwerk). Dus wij komen zeker terug.

Goede en snelle communicatie met het team resort Walsdorf. Deze vakantie best wat mailverkeer gehad over de aangeboden upgrade en onze aanpassing van data en aantal gasten. Allemaal heel servicegericht verlopen. De check in was snel en zeer gastvrij. De huisjes zijn erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. En het park is een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes.
