Beautifully remodeled, charming victorian home in the heart of Old Colorado City! This cute little romantic 1904 home has a brand new kitchen and beautifully remodeled bathroom with the amazing rain shower. Enjoy all new appliances and bedding, newly landscaped yard, and backyard patio, grill, and fire pit. Ideal for a couple or small family - please note the bathroom entrance is through the master bedroom. The home is located only a few blocks from great shopping, art stores, farmer's markets, coffee shops, and yummy restaurants. This cottage is less than 3 miles from Garden of the Gods, walking distance from downtown Old Colorado City, 2 miles from downtown Colorado Springs and less than 5 miles from Manitou Springs. You couldn't find a better location to enjoy your time in Colorado Springs!

This was a great home, friendly hosts, and excellent addition to our CO vacation! Home is close to many family activities, as well as food/dining/shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

Old Colorado City Cottage

Central location and easily walkable to Old Colorado City shops and restaurants. Short drive to Garden of the Gods, hiking, and site seeing. Ten to 15 minute drive to south gate of USAFA. Kitchen is well stocked and extremely clean. Recommend for 1-2 people.

Perfect Colorado Springs Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay near Old Colorado City. The kids loved making s'mores in the fire pit and we found the kitchen perfect for making all our meals. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Loved the shower, enjoyed the hot tub. The bathroom being inside the master bedroom was not a problem for us but might be an issue with a larger group. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Close to Garden of the Gods.

Love the little yellow house!

We’ve stayed at this property a number of times, and will again! We love the great location to hiking trails, restaurants and shops. The hot tub is nice after a day on the trails.

Nice neighborhood, with friendly folks. Felt like a small town, but was close to all the things you needed ( food shopping gas etc ). Lovely little home, with a complete and well furnished kitchen. Loved our time there.

Perfect spot

This house was exactly what we needed for our trip to Colorado Springs! It is in the perfect location-close to everything and the hot tub was just the cherry on top! I would 1000% stay here again!

The perfect location

Small but well done. Great for my son and me. Bathroom is in master bedroom--so some maneuveriing required! Hot tub, fire pit out back were very nice. Neighborhood very quaint and safe--across the street from a church! Would stay again.

Visit once and you'll see that the charm of the Colorado Springs region really is within Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Neighboring Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Open Space, the Cog Railway up to Pike's Peak, Downtown Colorado Springs, cute shops in old Victorian style...we chose this home specifically to make it a vacation rental as we knew it was in such a desirable location!
