Nice Apartment Overall, Though Some Improvements Are Needed

Pros: We had an overall pleasant stay at the apartment. One of the biggest advantages was its excellent location, which made it easy for us to explore the area and access everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely laid out, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The interior design was modern and tasteful, giving the place a warm and comfortable atmosphere. In general, the apartment felt tidy and welcoming. Cons: That said, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The washing machine was not functioning properly — the door wouldn’t open, and there was visible mold inside, which made it unusable. In the bathroom, the sink didn’t drain well and the shower head was loose, frequently falling out of its holder during use. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been better: the kitchen sponge was dirty upon arrival, and the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, as our feet would get very dirty from walking around inside.

Perfect place to stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. First, the apartment is spacious, beautiful, and clean. My husband and I stayed with our two teen boys for three nights and it was the perfect place to stay in Lisboa. Pros: *Location. It's right across from the 28 tram and easy walk to many attractions. *Host was responsive and allowed us to check in early after our plans had changed drastically. Obviously, this won't happen every time, but we appreciated the flexibility when she was able to give it. *Apartment size - this three-bedroom is huge with lots of space to spread out with lots of natural light & huge windows that look out over the water. *Beds & pillows were very comfy.*Elevator building - there is a flight of stairs up to the elevator and a short few steps to the apartment beyond that, but having the lift was sooooo nice after long days of walking. * The kitchen had everything you would need. We didn't use it but it looked quite well stocked. *The shower had wonderfully hot water. *There is a (very good) pizza place right across the street for those nights when you just can't deal with making or finding foodCons: - There is a flight of stairs to the elevator/ lift. For those with mobility issues, this might pose a problem. - No outlets in the bathroom. That being said, there are many mirrors in other locations with access to outlets, so it's not a deal breaker.
