Holiday Home “Mee(h)r Zeit 07” – a nature-filled getaway with a south-facing terrace, sauna, and dog-friendly accommodation
Time for Rügen, time for nature, and above all, time for each other: The “Mee(h)r Zeit 07” holiday home offers a modern retreat for up to four people in the holiday village of Klein Stresow. Its quiet location on the south coast, the nearby Greifswald Bodden, and a natural beach about 600 metres away provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
One dog is also allowed to accompany you upon prior arrangement. One large dog is permitted. If you plan to bring two small dogs, each weighing less than ten kilogrammes, individual arrangements must be made prior to booking.
This half of the holiday home, newly built in 2021, features 61 m² of living space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. An open-concept living and dining area, a modern kitchen, the sunny south-facing terrace, and a private Finnish sauna round out the space.
Modern living with a Nordic character
The interior of the house is modern and tastefully furnished. Furniture, lighting, and artwork reflect an elegant Nordic style, creating a harmonious overall look. The bright rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows create an open, airy living experience.
The living and dining area forms the centrepiece of this half of the holiday home. Here, a sofa with an ottoman provides a place for guests to relax after an outing. A fireplace adds a cosy touch, especially on cooler evenings. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.
The dining table seats four people, providing plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or planning the next day of your holiday.
Open kitchen for shared meals
The modern kitchen is directly adjacent to the living and dining area. It features an open layout and is equipped with high-quality appliances. The cabinets contain a complete set of tableware.
A dishwasher takes care of the dishes after meals. This leaves more time to enjoy the patio, the garden, and the surroundings of the holiday village.
Sunny south-facing terrace and private garden
Floor-to-ceiling windows lead guests directly onto the south-facing terrace. Here, you can start your morning with breakfast in the fresh air. The terrace also offers a pleasant spot for an afternoon break or a meal together outdoors. Garden furniture is provided.
The private garden adjoins the terrace. It offers additional space for relaxation and play. Children are welcome in this half of the holiday home.
Accommodation for Couples and Families
The two bedrooms offer a flexible layout for four guests. The first bedroom features a double box-spring bed with a sleeping area measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds, each measuring 90 × 200 centimetres.
This combination is particularly suitable for families or guests travelling together who prefer separate beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and their own flat-screen TV.
Two bathrooms and a private sauna
Two bathrooms, each with a shower and a toilet, make daily life on holiday easier for everyone. Even with four guests, there is plenty of space to start the day or return from the beach.
The ground-floor bathroom also features a private Finnish sauna. After a bike ride, a walk, or a trip on the water, it offers a peaceful place to warm up and relax.
The beds are already made upon arrival. Towels are also provided for guests.
Shared Washing Machine and Dryer
The washing machine and dryer are not located directly in the holiday home. Both machines are available in the main building as coin-operated machines for shared use.
Natural beach and Greifswalder Bodden
The Greifswalder Bodden is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village. The waterside setting is ideal for walks and bike rides, as well as for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.
A natural beach is about 600 metres away and can be reached on foot. A handcart can be used to transport towels, beach bags, and other items.
Upon your return, your own garden, the south-facing terrace, the fireplace, and the Finnish sauna await—four different ways to end a relaxing day on holiday.
Holiday with a Dog
At “Mee(h)r Zeit 07,” one larger dog is welcome upon prior notice. If you’d like to bring two smaller dogs, this is possible upon individual arrangement, provided each weighs less than ten kilogrammes.
Rural Access Road and Free Parking
Access to the holiday village is via a natural, unpaved road. Vehicles must travel at walking speed only.
A reserved parking space is available free of charge for guests’ vehicles.
Charging stations for electric vehicles
There are a total of three shared charging stations for electric cars in the holiday village. They are not assigned to any specific house and can therefore also be used by other holiday guests.
A fee based on the length of stay applies for their use. A car charging cable is not provided and must be brought along.
Shuttle Service from the Putbus Train Station
It is also possible to arrive by train. For a small fee, a shuttle can be arranged from the Putbus train station to the holiday village. This makes it easy to cover the last few kilometres to the holiday cottage.
Café Klein Stresow with Farm Store
The holiday village is home to Café Klein Stresow, which has an attached farm store. There, guests can enjoy hot and cold drinks, fresh rolls for breakfast, light meals and snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, speciality coffees, and regional products.
A Peaceful New Year’s Eve
The holiday village celebrates New Year’s Eve without fireworks. This makes the resort ideal for guests who wish to ring in the New Year in a quieter setting.
