This cosy apartment (approx. 29 m²) is located in the Sparkassenhaus at Paulstraße 2 in the centre of Westerland and can accommodate 2 people. The train station, the beach, the promenade, and the wave pool are just a few minutes’ walk away. The pedestrian zone, with its wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars, is also right nearby. The open-concept living/sleeping area offers a pleasant atmosphere. The wall unit with fold-out fold-out beds (160 x 200 cm) is on the right side, while a sofa set on the left invites you to relax. A dining table with two chairs completes the room. The east-facing balcony is furnished with a garden table and chairs and offers a beautiful view. The open kitchenette in the entryway is functional and well-equipped. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A parking space on the parking deck (free of charge) is available. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also provided. Pets are not allowed.
