Welcome to your exclusive holiday rental in List! This 41 m² attic apartment sleeps 2 people and features modern, high-quality furnishings. From the southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the nearby Wadden Sea, just 50 m away. The living area features a flat-screen satellite TV, and the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). The spacious shower room and private entrance with a separate staircase ensure exceptional comfort. A washing machine and dryer with coin-operated metres are available in the building. Bicycle racks are located right outside the building, though parking spaces are not guaranteed. The central location allows you to quickly reach shopping areas, restaurants, and the “Naturgewalten” Experience Centre. Relax in this non-smoking apartment and discover the charming Lister Harbour with its wide range of recreational activities. Pets are not allowed.
