Sehr schönes Haus, die Wohnung im EG war perfekt für unsere Woche, super sauber, (zum Glück) wenig Deko und perfekt eingerichtet. In der Diele genug Platz an der Garderobe und im Bad ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Unmittelbar an der Fußgängerzone Friedrichstraße und 5 gemütliche Minütchen zur Bäckerei Abeling morgens :-) Der PKW Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage mit bequemer Größe, wie es nicht unbedingt überall in den zugehörigen Garagen oder auf Stellplätzen ist. Rundum fein alles! Sehr schön!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral an einer stark befahrenen Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Dafür liegen die Fußgängerzone und der Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt vor der Tür. Perfekt für 2 Personen ist die zweckmäßige Einrichtung der eigentlich recht schönen Wohnung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Kaputte Lampenschirme, ein wirklich schäbiger Teppich und Bettvorleger, die man gern vor die Tür werfen möchte, weil sie müffeln. Bitte einfach entsorgen, der saubere Fußboden ist deutlich besser. Ansonsten gibt es keine Mängel. Wir konnten unsere Räder in einem verschlossenen Fahrradraum abstellen und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage eignet sich auch für größere Fahrzeuge. Dafür ein extra Punkt ! Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten - sehr gern ohne Teppiche
