Your holiday home is modern and stylishly furnished and features a spacious south-facing balcony that invites you to relax and enjoy the sun and the surroundings. Comfortable beds and the high-quality, designer interior will pamper and delight you. The fast Wi-Fi, which has excellent reception throughout the apartment and on the balcony, as well as a fiber-optic LAN connection at the large table, provide additional comfort, whether you’re relaxing or working.

This first-floor holiday apartment, with its own wind-protected balcony and private entrance off a quiet side street, combines comfortable living with excellent amenities and is the perfect choice for anyone looking to take a break from everyday life or to be productive in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our non-smoking apartment is both allergy-friendly and family-friendly. Individually adjustable floor heating maintains a comfortable temperature in the rooms according to your preferences. All windows are fitted with high-quality roller shades that allow for complete blackout. Basic equipment for children is provided in the kitchen and living room. In addition, a cot with a mattress, a high chair, and other items can be ordered free of charge.

Two bedrooms

The large bedroom features a luxurious box-spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, accessible from both sides and equipped with two reading lamps and storage surfaces with electrical sockets. Inside the closet, you’ll find rods with hangers, compartments, and drawers for your clothes and suitcases. The airy down comforters are light, breathable, and warm—but not too warm. Pillows include both a fluffy feather pillow measuring 80 x 80 cm and a small memory foam pillow. Both windows in the bedroom feature high-quality, tightly sealing roller shutters and light cotton curtains. A small chest of drawers made of solid, natural oak serves as a surface for the small radio alarm clock and provides storage space. The bed is at a comfortable height of 67 cm, allowing for a restful sleep as well as easy getting up.
The small bedroom is furnished with a sturdy bunk bed, suitable even for adults. It features two high-quality mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm, one of which has a topper. Each bed has a shelf with its own light and two electrical sockets. This room is also equipped with a tightly closing roller shutter and light cotton curtains.

Living Room

The living area is a spacious, bright room with three large windows facing east and south. It features a luxurious leather sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa with a proper slatted frame and an integrated, full-length mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm. A large ottoman, the attached récamière, and two throw pillows complete the seating arrangement around the two oak coffee tables. Cosy lambskin pillows and blankets add to the comfort. The large flat-screen TV receives cable television, giving you access to a wide range of TV and music channels. A wide variety of books, as well as some games and puzzles for all ages, are provided. The dining table is a large 160 x 80 cm table with 6 comfortable solid wood chairs featuring leather upholstery. The stylish dining room lamp is an eye-catcher in the dining area. At the head of this table is a LAN port, providing a fast internet connection via our new fiber-optic network for both work and leisure. Why not combine work and leisure? Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen, with its brand-name appliances and carefully curated selection of accessories, is sure to meet all your needs. The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, a modern oven with convection and hot-air functions, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an ice cube tray, a full-size dishwasher, and a range hood. It is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, hand mixer, blender, baking sheets, pots, pans, and dishes for 12 people. A few practical items, such as a thermos, picnic set, and Tupperware containers, may enhance your leisure plans. Dustbin be sorted into the designated bins and is recycled. In the kitchen, you’ll find dishcloths, as well as dish soap for hand-washing and dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher. A basic supply of items such as tea, sugar, vinegar, oil, coffee filters, and an assortment of spices rounds out the offerings and is intended to make your stay more enjoyable.

Bathroom

The bathroom features a hair dryer, a modern illuminated mirror, and a cosmetic mirror. The walk-in, floor-level shower is equipped with high-quality fixtures and premium glass doors. The large bathroom window lets plenty of light and fresh air into the bright bathroom, which is heated by individually adjustable floor heating. Two towels are provided for each guest. Shampoo, soap, and a small emergency kit are available in the bathroom. A washing machine with a drying rack and a towel dryer provide the convenience you’ll need during your stay.


Outdoor Area

The balcony is paved with modern patio slabs and features an eco-friendly larch wood railing that provides protection from the wind and prying eyes. For the balcony or the small courtyard, we provide a grill, comfortable seating with a small table, and a parasol. In the evening, various candles and outdoor lamps provide the perfect lighting, and we’ve also provided some cosy blankets. Parking is available. In the lockable private shed, you can conveniently charge your e-bikes and pedelecs and securely lock and store them there even at night.

Thanks to its excellent location in Bad Belzig, right next to the medieval city wall, this apartment is just a few steps away from the historic market square and Eisenhardt Castle. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, offering train service to Berlin and Potsdam twice an hour and to Dessau and Leipzig every hour. Enjoy a romantic stroll through the medieval town with its winding alleys and meticulously restored townhouses. Traces of the pretty old town’s 1,000-year history can be discovered around every corner.
