Appartementhaus Eichsfeldia WE 17: 3-room apartment close to the beach with south-facing balcony

This 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²), located near the beach and extensively modernised and partially refurnished at the end of 2024, is on the 2nd floor / top floor (no lift) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and both bedrooms is high-quality vinyl with a wood-grain finish; the hallway, kitchen area, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a large closet and a mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a large wall unit. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 5 m² balcony (facing south, east, and west) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the morning or savouring the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with 2 flat-screen TVs and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and an armchair, and features an additional TV.

The separate, additional second bedroom features a pull-out bed for two people (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), a closet, and a comfortable armchair.

The spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, and toilet, a large wall mirror with a cabinet, a radio, hair dryer, a towel warmer, and plenty of storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

If needed, a laundromat is available just a short walk from your holiday rental (5-minute walk) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 17) right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in several courtyard areas of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which has a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or treat yourself to flavourful dishes, select wines, or speciality cocktails in the evening. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A linens package (complete set of bedding—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 2 people; for additional guests, a surcharge of €10.00 per person per night applies.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
