The apartment features an open-concept living and sleeping area. The modern kitchen’s high-quality appliances include an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Thanks to a wide variety of kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, you can prepare your favourite meals in no time. A breakfast bar is also available for dining together and reflecting on the day.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a heated towel rack and plenty of storage space. It offers everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. All rooms feature underfloor heating

Facilities:

The three newly renovated holiday apartments can accommodate 2–5 people. Thanks to the path up the dike right in front of the house, you’re just a few metres from the fishing harbour. It’s also not far to the popular Alleestraße with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafes. Apartments 1 and 2 have their own terraces. Apartment 3, located on the upper floor, has its own spacious balcony. There is a lockable bike shed with video surveillance.
Each apartment has its own parking space next to the house.
