A nature-inspired apartment with a view, high-quality and fully equipped, featuring a kitchen and a large sun terrace
Welcome to our cosy “Grafenblick” apartment, where you’ll feel right at home. Enjoy the sweeping view of the highest mountains in the Alb!
The apartment is bright and south-facing. When the building was newly constructed in 2015, high-quality materials were used, including red lime plaster that optimizes indoor climate, tiles from Villeroy & Boch, and Disano design flooring with the “Blue Angel” health certificate—the best conditions for a pleasant stay.
Free parking is available right in front of the house.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (box spring, 1.80 x 2 m), from which you can see the eaves of the Swabian Alb (see photo).
The sturdy sleeper sofa (1.20 x 2 m) provides space for additional guests. A fold-out bed (90 x 200 cm) can also be provided upon request. All beds offer a comfortable night’s sleep thanks to memory foam toppers.
Bedding and towels are included and are changed during longer stays.
In total, the apartment has 2.5 rooms with an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a new Bosch dishwasher and a refrigerator-freezer combo with a Biofresh compartment from the premium manufacturer Liebherr, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, dish soap, a Bosch vacuum cleaner, and much more.
In the living room, a new 55-inch TV with satellite connection, Google TV, and Chromecast provides entertainment. You can relax in the comfortable TV armchair (swivel and with a footrest).
On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic view. Sun loungers and seating are provided.
We are an active family with two school-age children. We love exploring the immediate surroundings of the apartment. Our single-family home is in a quiet location, right on the upper edge of town, so that the moment you step outside, you’ll feel like you’re on a nature-filled holiday. The Hohenzollern Bike Trail runs just 100 metres away, connecting to a diverse network of paths that are perfect for biking, mountain biking, jogging, walking, hiking, strolling, and more.
The centre of Balingen is just a 10-minute drive away. Thanks to the train station in Engstlatt, you can also use public transport. The city centre area features a car-free pedestrian zone with charming shops, pubs, and cafés. A large weekly market takes place on the market square every Saturday.
Upon request, we’re happy to provide a place to store your bicycles or charge your electric car.
In addition, upon request, we can provide a high chair, children’s tableware, age-appropriate toys, and separate bedding. A nightlight and outlet covers are in the storage room. You are welcome to use the trampoline in the garden at your own risk.
We are looking for respectful guests who will treat the apartment with care, do not smoke inside, and behave courteously in the area. Pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure a healthy stay for guests with allergies
