About this property

Vacation apartment/apartment for 5 guests with 90m² in Sulzberg (270298)

Welcome to beautiful Moosbach in the Allgäu; we are delighted to welcome you here.

Our house was built in 1725. In 1991, the attic and ground floor underwent a complete renovation, and the roof was replaced. In 2006, two dormers were added to the roof truss, and the attic was converted into living space. The holiday rental has been located here since 2025. With approximately 90 m² of living space, the apartment features 3 bedrooms, a modern open-concept kitchen with a living room, a rooftop terrace, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The holiday apartment accommodates 5 people, with the additional option of setting up a cot, which is available on-site for your use.
Information for people with allergies:
We take allergy sufferers into account when selecting materials, furnishing the apartment, and cleaning. However, there are cats in the house.
By prior telephone arrangement, you are welcome to arrive before 4:00 PM.

Tolle Wohnung :)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche Super Ausgestattet und insgesamt so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Ein super Service ist, das direkt für wenig Geld die notwendigsten Getränke bezogen werden können.Direkt am See, im Sommer perfekt zum Baden :)
