Mietpreis ist zu hoch für das Objekt

Vorab möchte ich betonen, dass wir wirklich nicht pingelig sind und nicht gerne schlechte Bewertungen abgeben, aber hier müssen wir eindeutig sagen, dass unser Urlaub keine Erholung war. Wir kamen an, im Häuschen waren kuschelige 28 . Ok, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab, war bekannt. Die beiden Terassentüren mussten immer offenstehen, damit man es drinnen aushielt. Leider hatte man dann die Bude ganz schnell voller Fliegen und abends Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter hätte geholfen, leider nicht vorhanden. Auch ein Besen, mit dem man mal die Terasse hätte fegen können, fehlte. Ebenso ein Wischer zum feucht durchwischen. Eines Nachts regnete es, woraufhin wir am Morgen feststellen mussten, dass alle Abflüsse im Haus verstopft waren. Wir konnten also weder zur Toilette noch uns waschen etc. Nachdem wir das an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, kam nach ca. 1 Stunde ein Monteur vorbei. Es musste jedoch noch eine Kanalreinigungsfirma hinzugezogen werden und dann war auch noch eine Dichtung unter der Spüle defekt und alles in allem war es erst am Nachmittag wieder möglich, die Toilette aufzusuchen. Dank unserer netten Nachbarn mussten wir nicht ungewaschen ins nächste Hotel oder Lokal fahren, um eine Toilette zu benutzen. Die Rezeption hat uns mit diesem Problem leider alleine gelassen und gar nicht erst nachgefragt. Am Abreisetag war es dann erneut so, dass die Dusche nicht ablief und nach dem Spülen im Spülbecken, lief Wasser aus der Spülmaschine. Wie auch immer das passieren konnte....
