Checkin war sehr zeitaufwendig da der Schlüssel in einer anderen Ortschaft (mehrere Km-entfernt) erst abgeholt werden mußte. Das Objekt war stark rauchbelastet, die Rolläden funktionierten teils schwergängig bzw. konnten sie nur mithilfe einer weiteren Person betätigt werden.Alles andere wie die Inneneinrichtung und die Küchenausstattung (Geräte, Geschirr usw.) sehr , ebenfalls das Badezimmer.
