Our comfortable holiday home in Western Norway offers plenty of space for families, nature lovers and anglers with its main house and guest house. The sea is just a few minutes' walk away.

Privacy guaranteed: The main house and guest house are always rented together – even if the guest house is not needed. The entire property is exclusively available to our guests during their stay.

Motorboat and Fishing

An 18-foot Hille Utility with a 60 hp four-stroke Mercury engine, fish finder and chartplotter can optionally be rented. The boat rental costs €490 per week; the minimum rental period corresponds to the minimum rental period of the house.

Please note: The motorboat is approved for a maximum of 4 persons.

The boat berth is approximately five minutes by car from the holiday home.

Catches are reported through our registered tourist fishing business. We provide the necessary export documentation in accordance with the applicable Norwegian regulations. For stays in 2026, up to 15 kg of fish or fish products per person may be exported.

Fish species found in the region include saithe, cod, pollack, redfish, ling, herring, mackerel and halibut.



Pets

One pet, for example a dog, is welcome by prior arrangement.

Jet Ski

A powerful jet ski including trailer can be rented separately, subject to prior arrangement and availability. The minimum age is 18 years.



Surroundings and Excursions

Bergen is about one hour away by car and offers restaurants, shopping, the historic Bryggen district, viewpoints, the fish market and numerous leisure activities.

Various hiking trails, harbours and stretches of coastline can be found around the holiday home. A trip to the island of Fedje is also worthwhile: the ferry terminal is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and the island offers a picturesque fishing village and varied coastal hiking trails.



Shopping

A supermarket, pharmacy, electronics store and petrol station with EV charging facilities are located in Austrheim, approximately five minutes by car from the holiday home.
