In the heart of the county, with a beautiful view of Lantershofen and the romantic Ahr Valley in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, here in a beautiful, quiet, and prime residential area, you’ll find the 70-square-meter holiday apartment “Grüner Horizont” is located here, in the small village of Karweiler.

You’ll be staying in a very comfortable, modern, and light-filled two-room apartment.
Located on the lower level of a single-family home, the apartment is entirely on one level.
The apartment has access to a large terrace.
This allows you to enjoy a top-notch relaxing holiday—an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.
In Karweiler, there’s a bakery and a supermarket about 200 metres from the holiday rental. The romantic Red Wine Hiking Trail is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Birnenweg is also very close by.

The living room features a cosy leather couch and a TV armchair that invites you to daydream or read. A TV and free Wi-Fi and DSL connection are also available.

The bedroom, with a view of the patio and the surrounding greenery, is furnished with a double bed
(2.00 x 1.80 —height-adjustable slatted frame) and reading lamps, a large wardrobe, a mirror, a chest of drawers, and a wicker chair.

The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and a vanity mirror cabinet, lets you start your holiday day on a relaxed note.

The kitchen includes: a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, hand blender, bread slicer, and a modern dining area.



On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The balance is paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is on the booked date starting at 3:00 p.m.; however, we recommend specifying a time window for your arrival so that we can personally handle the key handoff and orientation. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, and the apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in a timely manner to discuss this. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
