The well-thought-out floor plan with flexible sleeping arrangements makes the house ideal for couples, families, or friends. Your dog is also welcome here. In the open living area, you’ll find large floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven is perfect for cooking together. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and garden—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or balmy summer evenings.

**Sleeping**
The upper floor features two bedrooms: One is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and has direct access to the rooftop terrace. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be arranged flexibly. Curtains in both rooms ensure a pleasant darkness and restful nights.

**Wellness Bathroom with Infrared Sauna**
The spacious bathroom on the ground floor treats you to a modern, walk-in shower and an infrared sauna—for relaxing moments of well-being after a day at the North Sea. A washing machine is also available.

The second bedroom with a loft bed, the quiet location, and the garden make the house especially family-friendly. Games, books, or a high chair can be provided upon request.
