The house consists of two identical apartments that together can accommodate up to 12 people,separately suitable for up to 6 guests. Each apartment has two bedrooms (with a double bed and a bunk bed with a pull-out bed), a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern sanitary facilities. Downstairs, you'll find a separate toilet with a washing machine and dryer, and upstairs is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



The large garden offers plenty of fun for young and old. Children entertain themselves with a sandbox, trampoline and swings, while adults enjoy a barbecue by the fire pitrelax in the covered shed with atmospheric lighting.



For even more relaxation, there is a luxury outdoor hot tub of 2x2 m for 6-8 people with an integrated wood stove. This hot tub has 8 hydromassage and 12 aeromassage jets and internal LED lighting. During the summer months, an above-ground outdoor swimming pool (ø 3.6 m) is available.



The location of the house is perfect for exploring the nature and culture of the Bohemian Paradise. Whether you choose walking, cycling,visiting historical castles and charming villages, everything is within reach. In bad weather, the Škoda Auto Museum offers an interesting alternative. Swimming enthusiasts can visit nearby swimming poolsthe Jizera River.
