Red Comfort Retreat

Red Comfort Retreat is a newly built, modern, and cosy small apartment that offers guests the following:
double bed (box spring bed, 200 x 180 cm), a bathroom with a spacious shower, including shower gel and shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer; a smart TV; a small kitchen with a microwave, a double induction cooktop, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and plenty of tea and coffee.

There are also electric roller shutters and a permanent ventilation system—so there’s no need to open the very well-insulated windows. No air conditioning!

This cosy little apartment is located on the outskirts of the Alturfahr district in Linz, with an idyllic village atmosphere and inviting restaurants along the Danube, all within walking distance.

The final tram stop for lines 3 and 4, as well as the Postlingbergbahn, are less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. From here, Linz Central Station and nearly every part of the city are accessible by public transport.

If needed, tokens for the washing machine and dryer are provided free of charge.

There is a fire extinguisher just a few steps away from the apartment.

Cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) can park their bikes in the courtyard.



Check-in is available 24 hours a day starting at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Information about self-check-in will be sent automatically via email 1–2 days before arrival.

Check-out is also available around the clock, but must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Please return the key to the key box.

For guests arriving by car:
We cannot offer private parking spaces. However, there are public long-term parking spaces as well as spaces with variable parking durations in the immediate vicinity. More detailed information about this, along with a map showing the unlimited, free parking spaces, is available at the property.

For the safety of our guests, the entire entrance area of the building is under video surveillance.

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited throughout the entire property!
Visitors are not permitted!

1–2 days before arrival, I will send my cell phone number along with the information about self-check-in.
