About this property

ACROSS FROM THE BEST BEACHES IN MAUI. BOOK NOW!!

The Kihei Kai Nani complex has been a part of our family for over 40 years. You could say that the Kihei Kai Nani and their staff are like our Hawaiian family (ohana).

We've put a lot of care and time into choosing just the right amenities for our guests' comfort and enjoyment. Every year we come back to update and add even more amenities to make it a unit that our guests will want to return to again and again. We hope to have you as our guests real soon!

The Kihei Kai Nani complex is conveniently located in South Kihei right across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park, 16 miles from Kahului Airport and minutes away from Wailea, known for it's magnificent golf courses and upscale dining and shopping.

Our non-smoking unit (#126, building 5) is steps away from the large swimming pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities. We have completely furnished our unit with classy furniture, living room and bedroom curtains, linens, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, flat screen TVs, and lanai (patio) furniture. We also offer a queen-size Murphy bed, air-conditioning, screened security door, ceiling fans, large closets and a hotel style digital safe for your valuables and/or laptop for added security. The complex also offers free parking and nightly security. Nightly prices are for double occupancy. There will be an additional $25 laundry charge added for more than 2 people.

Ask about our two other condos that are available in close proximity. Perfect for when traveling with friends or family and want to stay close to each other, but have your own space.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, no refunds will be permitted.

The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

Great place to stay in Kiehi!

This condo was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. The host was awesome and I felt welcomed and appreciated. I will always book with this host in the future.

Great stay! Great location!! Best spot and very glad to have found it!

Lowkey! The patio was quiet. Just the birds and they will try and get your food so beware :) Really enjoyed our first trip to Maui. The location of this place is great! Visited all the spots and this was perfectly located. It is not fancy but comfortable and great for the price. If we make it back I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant condo, well situated

The condo is in a lively part of Kihei, with easy access to restaurants and stores at a walking distance. It's across the street from the beach. The condo is very well equipped with beach gear and snorkeling equipment. Parking was very easy to find (we were there between Xmas and New Year). Bed was very comfortable. A/C worked really well. Nothing was missing in the unit. Great communication from the host. Overall an excellent experience.

A Dream Honeymoon Home

My husband and I loved staying in this home for our honeymoon! The home was clean and well-put together. There was everything you needed for cooking in the kitchen. We loved the condo community as well. The staff on site were very friendly and welcoming. It is a quiet community. We never had any problem finding free parking, which was included when you booked the condo. Finally, we loved the location! The beach is right across the street, and more beaches are a short car ride away. Kihei is an ideal location for exploring South Maui! We recommend this home for your next vacation.

Flash back to the 70"s and 80"s

This unit is old Everything in the unit is old The air Co is so old its blowing rust water out the side of the unit Pictures were very misleading of the actual unit- Kudos who ever took the photos! Although the location was an excellent spot The cleanliness of the unit was beyond unsatisfying. The website itself bragged how clean everything was supposed to be repeatedly There were signs in the unit also raving about the cleanliness.Covid educated hosts Emails stated unit is clean& Disinfected yadda yadda yadda My husbands socks turned gray with in the first half hour. Then opening the only (see thru)curtain shed light on everything else that was NOT CLEAN In order to use kitchen.I had to clean it up first as the infestation of tiny brown bugs was intense They were on everything. Being our first trip to Kihei I could of spent a little more $$ and done so much better.I..Makes me really angry that whoever is in charge of cleaning or NOT CLEANING Has taken full advantage of someone's trust (As in your hosts or realtor) ! I am sure Our unit isn't the only one NOT BEING CLEANED by this same person Your guests ARE REQUIRED to pay a top dollar cleaning deposit! For what??Someone needs to be held accountable.here.A SURPRISE INSPECTION OF THE UNIT PERHAPS?? I rented here because of the cleaning standards/practices you offered Only to have it shoved down my throat with signs stickers and emails on and on and on Only Finding things in all reality to be filthy dirty..

Perfect location

This was an excellent stay in what turned out to be our favorite part of the island! Wonderful snorkeling at the beach right across the street, food trucks nearby, and somewhat in the middle of attractions elsewhere on the island. Also loved that this condo had a private feeling back patio opening onto a garden...much more tranquil than other condos facing the road! Management was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay!

Easy Breezy and Beautiful

We have fully enjoyed this property. It is exactly what was detailed, cute and well maintained. The owners are very kind and left us multiple gifts and were flexible with us adding a guest last minute. Definitely would recommend and return!

Maui vacation

We stayed in Kihei for the second half of our Maui vacation after staying for a week in Lahaina/Kaanapali resort style place. We wanted to experience both sides of the island and knew after a week at a more populated resort experience we would enjoy a more laid back stay to finish of our trip. First the pros: the location directly across from Kam II beach was awesome. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need to take. The water was perfect and much calmer than it was in Lahaina for us which made it much nicer to relax and float in the smaller waves. There were tons of turtles swimming by the whole time which was amazing. The pool was really nice and warm to swim at night, I wish there was a hot tub but the pool temp was perfect. We enjoyed all the places to eat nearby especially Coconuts which we went to twice for the delicious fish tacos. We loved sightseeing around Wailea and going to Monkeypod, which well worth the hype. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook from home which we did for breakfast and lunches. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the back patio that a Mama chicken and her 11 chicks (!!!) came to visit us every day. Some cons however: the AC really only keeps it cool in the main room and not all the way to front bedroom so my husband and I slept on the Murphy bed and gave our kids the room. It was pretty muggy when we were there that we bought a fan from someone on Facebook marketplace down the road to keep it cooler. The window above the AC unit wouldn’t shut all the way so I’m sure that doesn’t help to keep the place from loosing cool air. The screen was also falling off of that window. The shower while pretty, the glass half wall doesn’t really keep water from running out all over the floor so the rug was just soaked every time we showered. I think this may just be because the type of shower head used. Lastly, we had some unwanted guests a few nights…the first night we had a bunch of tiny ants, another night a small scorpion looking bug and one night a water bug/roach type thing. While yes, all are gross we’re in a tropical location so creepy crawlers are expected. We had to deal with the ants at our 9th floor resort room too so I just think that is a common Hawaii issue but I do think maybe if the back window closed it could help to keep those things out. Overall, I think the place was nice and I don’t regret my booking at all. We greatly appreciated all the treats as well!!

Family holiday

We spent 4 days in this condo. Everything was perfect, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, location is great. Very close to a sandy beach and one of the best location within the resort. Communication was perfect, everything was smooth.

Lovely place that have everything!

Unit is very clean! all pictures are listed exactly. Everything are well equipped, kitchen, bathroom, beach gears, TV, audio equipment! Owners pay attention to details, they leave us with welcome and goodbye treats. The location is close to good beach and other activities. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Maui in the future. Thank you Beau!

Maui

So for the pictures this looked like a very up to date condo with a nice pool & this is deceiving. This place was dated and very dark. The bedroom does not have very good cross ventilation so we slept on the Murphy bed in the den. Our son slept in the master and said the bed was comfy. It is close to everything including the beach. It was clean but very dated. Overall I’d still give it 3 stars.

Kihei Delight

We were very happy with the property! The owner, Tracy, and the manager, Beau, were both gracious, welcoming and helpful. The location was wonderful! 100 yards from a delightful collection of restaurants and a block from a very nice beach where we body-surfed, snorkeled and saw whales breaching!

All we hoped for

Communication with the property owner was great, all amenities were as stated in the listing and a few positive surprises such as beach chairs and umbrella’s. KKN is a great location across from a fantastic stretch of beach and price seemed reasonable.
