Enjoy a dream holiday in our beautiful 3-bedroom holiday home in the lively North Sea resort town of Burhave on the Butjadingen Peninsula. Here, you can feel completely at home and enjoy the North Sea up close!

Our holiday home is located right behind the dike and offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 people. It’s stylishly and comfortably furnished and features two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as three bedrooms with comfortable beds. In the living room, you can relax or play games together, while the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking and dining. On the terrace, you can soak up the sun and the fresh breeze and let your gaze wander over the green landscape. Our holiday home is an ideal place for your relaxation and excursions to the North Sea coast in every season.

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

If you’re arriving by car, you can park it in the car park right next to the house., If you do not wish to bring your own bed linens and towels, you can use our service and find everything ready upon your arrival. You can also use the washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.

If you are bringing a small child, we’ll be happy to provide a travel cot or high chair for a fee. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can have everything ready for you!

We charge a flat fee for the final cleaning of the house. However, you can also take care of the final cleaning yourself and leave a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you after your departure (cash refunds are not available).

Enjoy swimming at the Nordseelagune water park, which offers seawater without the ebb and flow of the tides. Or relax on the clean, free beaches along the coast.

If you prefer to stay active, you can choose from a wide variety of recreational activities: Cycling, sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing are just a few of the options.

Our holiday rentals are the perfect starting point for your explorations. They’re centrally located, yet quiet and unique. From here, you can also explore the region: Visit nearby Bremerhaven or Bremen and experience the cultural highlights these cities have to offer. Or stroll through Burhave and let the shops and restaurants tempt you.

House in Price Group VI

The Klipper-category holiday home is located in the new section of the holiday park. With 90 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and one toddler up to 2 years old. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to this is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Both bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink, are located on the ground floor. That way, no one ever has to wait in line in the morning. The three bedrooms are also on the ground floor and each has two beds (a double bed or two single beds). The best part about the children’s room: a wooden ladder leads up to a second level that serves as a private kingdom for kids of all ages.
On cold days, you can cosy up in the sauna.
Relax together on your own sun terrace and enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather.
The house also features a separate storage room for your belongings.
A parking space and a carport are located right next to the house and are available to you free of charge.

From one of the three bedrooms, a wooden staircase leads to the second level, a loft with a second TV—a little kingdom of its own for kids of all ages!
The Klipper is rounded out by a sauna and an additional shower, a sun terrace, and a parking space next to the house.

Pets are NOT allowed in this apartment.
