With space for up to 4 people, this 50m² apartment on the ground floor offers a cosy atmosphere that guarantees rest and relaxation.

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms and a spacious living area that’s perfect for spending time together.
Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy a film on the TV—which is over 65 inches—or simply spend time with your loved ones.
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 single mattresses, each 90 cm x 220 cm) and a closet, and the second bedroom features a bunk bed (which can be pulled out to form a double bed, 2x80x200 cm).

The dining area, with a large dining table, offers plenty of space for shared meals, which you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.
In addition to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove (2-burner), and dishwasher, as well as a microwave with a grill, you’ll also find a coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine so you can fully enjoy your freshly brewed coffee in the morning.

The new shower room is equipped with a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a vanity mirror.
In the hallway of this gorgeous apartment, you’ll find a coat rack and a full-length mirror.
