Wir haben eine angenehme Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sehr solide Ausstattung. Zimmer:Die Schlafzimmer sind vollständig abdunkelbar – wichtig für Mittagsschläfchen kleinerer Kinder. Die großen Kissen und bequemen Betten ermöglichen erholsame Nächte. Schränke boten genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und Co.Wäschepflege:Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden. Mit kleinen Kindern anfallende Wäschemengen lassen sich flexibel bewältigen.Badezimmer:Zwei vollwertig ausgestattete Bäder mit Badewanne und Regendusche. Sogar Duschgel ist vorhanden.Küche & Verpflegung:Nespresso (Kapseln inklusive) und Filterkaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher und großer Kühlschrank. Wichtig: Keine Mikrowelle vorhanden und kein Gefrierfach. Luftqualität:Eine dezentrale Lüftungsanlage sorgt konstant für frische LuftSicherheitsaspekte:Die Steckdosen sind nicht gesichert – wer kleine Kinder hat, sollte das bedenken und entsprechend aufpassen.Service:Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein WLAN-Problem wurde schnell gelöst.Lage & Mobilität:Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Wohngebiet außerhalb von Obing. Ein Auto ist notwendig für Besorgungen und Ausflüge. Längere Spaziergänge, direkt von der Unterkunft aus sind nicht möglich, da zu allen Seiten, die Bundesstraße verläuft.Fazit:Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Längere Spaziergänge sind direkt von der Wohnung aus problemlos möglich. Die Bundesstraße kann mittels einer Brücke (kaum befahrener Flurweg) einfach überquert werden. Es existiert ein großes Netz an Wald- und Wiesen- und Fahrradwegen in nördlicher, südlicher, östlicher und westlicher Richtung von der Wohnung die genutzt werden können. In ca. 5 Gehminuten Entfernung ist ein kleiner Dorfladen wo z. B. frische Semmeln am morgen gekauft werden können.

Super moderne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort, man kann dort aber auch gut und gerne 2 Wochen verbringen. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, super modern (smart home). Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Man kann den chiemsee und andere Orte in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen.

Wochenende am Chiemsee

Sehr große Wohnung mit genialer Aufteilung durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bädern. Somit ideal für zwei Paare oder Familien geeignet. Man ist sofort mitten in der Natur und kann die Ruhe genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Als wir mit unseren Kindern bei der Ferienwohnung ankamen, waren wir alle sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, bietet sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich und sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Während des Aufenthaltes hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und wir erhielten sehr schnelle Antworten auf unsere Anliegen.Die Lage der Ferienwohnungen ist eher außerorts, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Somit kann man (vor allem mit Kindern) schöne, ruhige Spaziergänge machen.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
