For shared use: park 3'000 m2 (fenced), indoor pool heated, fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 13.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). In the complex: lift, storage room for bicycles. Parking space n 14, communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Fogeo" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 2 km.
