The vacationis located in the attic on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a staircase (no lift). Some walls are sloped. The living room, which faces north and overlooks the street, features a kitchenette, a dining table, and a living area with a corner couch, a TV, and a fold-out bed (1.60 x 2 m).

The south-facing bedroom is air-conditioned and has two single beds
(1 x 2 m and 0.8 x 2 m). The north-facing bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.0 m). Both bedrooms are connected by a door. There are 2 bathrooms with a sink and toilet; the larger bathroom also has a shower. This is a non-smoking apartment.



The six-unit building, constructed in the 1930s, is in very good condition. There are 2 doctors’ offices on the ground floor, 2 apartments on the upper floor, and the 2 holiday apartments in the attic. The building is detached and surrounded by a lot that includes parking spaces and bike racks available for holiday guests. The property can be locked at night.

The holiday apartments were renovated in 2023.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
