This stylish and modernly furnished ground-floor holiday rental, located in one of Kellenhusen’s oldest villas, stands out for its exceptional location—just about 100 metres (a 1- to 2-minute walk) from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the promenade.
The apartment’s outdoor amenities also include a private parking space in the courtyard, as well as a small arbor with room for a stroller or two children’s bicycles. Larger bicycles can be stored in the shelter behind the arbor.

Another highlight is the south-west-facing terrace, accessible from the living/dining area. A small garden area, bordered by a privacy hedge, is also part of the property and can be used at any time. On very hot days, an awning and a parasol provide the necessary shade.

Inside, the fully tiled holiday apartment impresses with its sun-drenched living space featuring an integrated kitchenette complete with a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic cooktop.

A dining table that seats up to 5 people, a sleeper sofa with two full-size sleeping spots (160x200), a TV stand with a 40-inch smart TV, and a shelving unit stocked with crayons, games, colouring books, and books for rainy days round out the living/dining area.

The spacious bedroom offers our guests a double bed (180x200) with nightstands, as well as a single bed (90x200) with drawers. The large closet and the chest of drawers provide additional storage space for personal items and clothing.

If needed, the windows in the bedroom and living room can be darkened with motorised roller shades.
