The spacious living area features an open layout and is bathed in natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. You can relax on the sofa, read, or watch TV. The adjoining kitchen with a dining table is fully equipped and perfect for shared meals and game nights. From the living room, you have direct access to the fully furnished rooftop terrace—perfect for sunny hours in the fresh sea air.

**Sleeping**
Two separate bedrooms ensure peaceful nights. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a large closet. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed—ideal for adults or older children. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. There’s also a sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 170 cm x 200 cm) available for you in the living room.

**Wellness Bathroom**
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sauna, a sink, a mirror, a towel warmer, and a toilet. A hair dryer is also provided—for a completely carefree start to your day.

**Family-Friendly**
The apartment is also ideal for families. A cot and high chair are provided in the apartment, and the location near the beach ensures short distances to attractions and playgrounds.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

An lift takes you conveniently right to the apartment door on the top floor. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The apartment also comes with its own parking space, as well as a dedicated bike shelter right next to the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the storage room.

The apartment is centrally located in the Tossens area—just a few minutes from the dike, the sea, and Centre Parcs. Restaurants, bakeries, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is ideal for bike rides, mudflat hikes, or a trip to Bremerhaven.
