The "Meerblick" holiday rental is essentially half of a house! The house contains two independent, identical holiday rentals. The location can be described as absolutely first-class. You’ll love the view of the Strelasund and the Greifswald Bodden, as well as the immediate proximity to the water and the harbour!

The approximately 50 m² holiday rental is located in the tranquil village of Stahlbrode, between Stralsund and Greifswald. The house was newly built and furnished in 2016/2017. Thanks to its spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and the bedroom with a double bed, this holiday rental offers plenty of room for up to 4 people plus dogs to enjoy a pleasant stay

The holiday rental consists of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and double sleeper sofa. The kitchen area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, is also located here! This naturally includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining area with 4 chairs

The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet for your clothes. We’ve also installed a flat-screen TV here. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack and a small shoe cabinet

Underfloor heating has been installed throughout the house, providing cosy warmth. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available to our guests

The patio is furnished with patio furniture, a grill, and lounge chairs. The property is fenced in, making it ideal for children and dogs. Of course, the property is available for your exclusive use

Your parking space is located right next to the house.
