The house offers around 60 square metres of living space for up to four guests. It is simply and functionally furnished, focusing on comfort and nature rather than luxury. Two bedrooms with single beds and a cosy living area with fireplace create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Evenings can be spent by the fireplace or outside at the fire pit, which can also be used for grilling.
The cabin is located in complete seclusion, with only the nearby house of the German-speaking owners in the wider area. Otherwise, you are surrounded by forests and nature, making it ideal for hiking, wildlife observation and relaxation.
Despite its remote location, the area offers great excursion options. The Norwegian border is just a short drive away, and Oslo can be reached in about 1.5 hours. Nearby towns such as Arvika and Charlottenberg provide shopping and cultural experiences, while Karlstad is also worth a visit.
Stuga Mörtbäcken is a non-smoking property. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen can be booked optionally. No deposit is required. Electricity is charged based on consumption at 0.30 EUR per kWh.
