Our charming holiday home, available for your exclusive use, is located in a quiet area of picturesque Mittenwald and is open to you year-round. Enjoy relaxing moments in the idyllic garden, on the sunny south-facing terrace, or on the inviting south-facing balcony.
Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the DB train station, the Karwendel Railway, numerous shops, cosy restaurants, and the picturesque pedestrian zone on foot. In addition, beautiful walking trails along the Isar River, well-maintained bike paths, and numerous hiking trails begin right nearby—perfect for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.
Of course, free Wi-Fi and a parking space right next to the house are available to you.

Our lovingly furnished, non-smoking holiday home for exclusive use offers approximately 100 m² of spacious living area for 1 to 5 people. The house spans two floors (ground floor & ground floor) and features an idyllic garden, a sunny south-facing terrace, and a south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains. Comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a cosy sleeper sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a radio—perfect for relaxing evenings. The separate kitchen-living room is fully equipped with everything you need, such as a dishwasher, oven & microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle & toaster....
A spacious dining table with a cosy corner bench is perfect for enjoying meals together.
The ground floor also features a modern bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet, as well as an entryway offering additional storage space. A hair dryer is also available for your use.
Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms with double beds, ensuring restful nights. Another bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet, as well as an entryway, round out the living comfort.
A cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests. In addition, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board are provided so you can feel right at home.

On-site fees: A prepayment of 200.--€ will be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation with Ms. Manuela Sellmaier. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site or as arranged. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 3.00€ per person per night (1.90€ for children up to 15 years old; children up to 10 years old are exempt) will be charged on-site. Additional fees: Use of the washing machine: €3.00



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
