The "Alpenpark" offers apartments furnished in a modern Alpine style with great attention to detail—PGJyPg—where you can relax, recharge, and feel right at home.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a separate toilet, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious balcony with mountain views, approx. 75 sqm, 1st or 2nd floor.PGJyPgPGJyPgA large sandpit and playground are available for our younger guests.
Our on-site mini-golf course is great fun for young and old alike.
A large lawn with beautiful mountain views and double wooden lounge chairs invite you to relax.
Free parking is available in front of the house.



Location
The picturesque Kochelsee, just a few minutes’ walk away, with its beautiful natural swimming spots,invites you during the summer months
to enjoy plenty of sunbathing and swimming. A boat tour on Lake Kochelsee is always an
adventure for young and old alike. Among surfers and sailors, Lake Walchensee is considered an insider’s tip.

Hiking in the Herzogstand, Jochberg, and Heimgarten mountains will delight you with magnificent views of the mountain landscape.
For cyclists and mountain bikers, there are tours of all difficulty levels starting right from the house. Bicycle rentals are available in Kochel and at
Walchensee.
