Vacation home for 4 guests with 55m² in Grömitz (94454)

The family-friendly Kolauerhof holiday farm offers detached holiday homes and apartments in Swedish or traditional farmhouse styles on its lush, expansive grounds. Children, in particular, can really let off steam in the huge, park-like garden with its mature trees and large playground.

At the Lindenhaus, guests enjoy modern comforts with a private terrace and direct, level access to the garden. They feature a master bedroom with a double bed and one children’s room with a bunk bed and a single bed. A fully equipped kitchen, the dining area in the light-filled bay window, and the bathroom with a bathtub and shower round out the amenities. All holidaymakers who choose a holiday home are provided with their own private space in a traditional bakery-style house, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The living room also offers modern comforts, including satellite TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a Swedish wood-burning stove. When the weather is nice, a large wooden deck with cosy patio furniture and a barbecue grill beckons.

If the weather happens to be bad, you won’t get bored in the over 400-square-meter play barn. Spanning two levels, it features a ball pit, foosball, a ping-pong table, a trampoline, a bounce house, a bowling alley, a pool table, and much more.
Our pool is heated from April through the end of October and is fenced in.

Free pony rides are usually offered to children three times a week, weather permitting.
